Melinda works as a program manager at Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana (GINLA). Her career began with GINLA in 2008 as an Employment Transition Specialist for their Behavioral Health Supported employment program before she moved into her current positions as the GoodTransitions program manager in 2011. Melinda has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and she is working on her masters of business administration at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She is also a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. Throughout her career, she has helped many adults and youth in the community that GINLA serves.
