Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. Store Receives Community Recognition

In December 2018, the Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. (Mandan, ND) store in Jamestown, ND was presented with the Business of the Month award. The Jamestown Chamber of Commerce and Young Professionals of Jamestown honor businesses that provide superior customer service, exhibit community spirit and provide a positive economic impact to the community.

ND2400x300One winner is selected each month. The Jamestown store nomination stated,
“I went into the office for information. The staff was VERY informative, friendly, just overall willing to answer any silly question I have… the staff was smiling, happy, willing to go the extra mile. I appreciated that. This was not your “normal” customer service.”

Jamestown is a town of 12,000 residents. Goodwill® Regional Manager Steve Carbno said the local team of five excels every month in serving the community, “We’re very honored to have received this award. The great community of Jamestown has made this location the most successful one out of our six other locations in North Dakota.”

The team received a plaque and will have a recognition banner at the store for a month.

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, along with all of the other monthly winners, will be considered for Business of the Year to be awarded at the Chamber’s annual banquet on January 24, 2019.
