A Whole Community Approach
In what has become one of the community’s largest service projects, volunteers from ABVIGoodwill Industries of Greater Rochester join with more than 13,000 others in the Scouting for Food & Clothing drive. Volunteers from the Otetiana Council Boy Scouts of America, the Girl Scouts of the Genesee Valley, and the New York State National Guard, among others, work together each spring to collect non-perishable food and gently used clothing for local food shelters and Goodwill retail stores.
