0:41 She was applying to enter the Google IT Support Professional Certificate training program. To get into that program, there are assessments you have to pass, just to make sure you have the foundational skills you need to be successful.

0:57 But part of the assessment is not just math, reading, and comprehension. The other assessment is when we sit down and talk with each individual interested in coming into this training program - because it's really important that you have the determination to complete it.
