Goodwill Industries International (GII) has once again proven its place among the nation’s most influential charitable organizations, earning the #2 ranking in The Nonprofit Times’ prestigious list of the Top 100 Charities this year. This recognition highlights the importance of the Goodwill mission to support individuals seeking access to better economic opportunities through education and career advancement.
The NPT Top 100 spotlights nonprofit organizations that generate at least 10% of their revenue from public support while delivering significant impact through mission-driven programs and government support services.
“This ranking reflects the collective strength of the 150 local Goodwill organizations, our nearly 140,000 employees and the 2.1 million people we served last year with job training, career development and social services,” said GII President and CEO Steve Preston. “Behind every statistic is a story of resilience, determination and hope. We are honored to have received this recognition and privileged for the opportunity to help people build sustainable careers and thrive in their communities.”
