In early May, the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) reported that the unemployment rate nationwide declined to 4.4 percent, the lowest level in almost a decade and a milestone in the long road back from the Great Recession. The rate was 4.9 percent a year ago. So this is all good…right?! The answer is: “It Depends.”
