Veronica Brandon Miller and Rick Hughes from Goodwill Manasota (Sarasota, FL) are taking their feel-good message of celebrating philanthropy to the airwaves with a new radio show, Tell Me Something Good. The show, which airs on Sundays on local radio station WSRQ at 11:00 am, focuses on the good that is happening in the community, highlighting those individuals, nonprofits and businesses that give generously of time, talent and treasure.

On December 17, Goodwill Industries- Big Bend (Tallahassee) celebrated the opening of its 12th apartment complex for people with disabilities, with a ribbon cutting and community event. The new complex will house individuals with low incomes, as well as those with disabilities throughout the nearby city of Chipley.
